Welcome to MeAs VA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related platforms operated by MeAs VA (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
Client / You: The individual or business using our Services.
Services: Virtual assistant services, administrative support, document filing assistance, business services, content creation, design, and related tasks offered by MeAs VA.
Deliverables: Any work product provided to the Client as part of the Services.
Third-Party Tools: Email platforms, cloud storage, communication tools, and software used to deliver the Services.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
MeAs VA provides:
* Personal virtual assistance
* Administrative and executive support
* Bookkeeping/record assistance
* Online research, scheduling, communication support
* Digital marketing support
* Content writing, design assistance
* Website support
* Document processing and filing assistance (“Doc Pros”)

3. SERVICE DELIVERY & COMMUNICATION
* Services are delivered remotely using approved tools (email, cloud storage, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
* Official communication must occur via channels agreed at project start.
* Standard response time is **24 hours**, unless otherwise agreed.
* Availability for live meetings will depend on schedules and time zones.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
* Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
* Supply necessary documents, access credentials, and instructions.
* Review deliverables promptly.
* Maintain secure access to your accounts and tools shared with MeAs VA.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of information you provide.
MeAs VA is **not responsible** for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information from the Client.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Pricing
Pricing may be fixed, hourly, or subscription-based depending on the plan or custom agreement.
5.2 Billing
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
* Invoices are due immediately upon receipt.
* Late payments may pause services.
5.3 Non-Payment
MeAs VA may suspend or terminate Services for unpaid invoices.
6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued ONLY if:
* The service was not delivered.
* Deliverables were substantially incomplete.
* A refund request is submitted within **7 days** of delivery.
**Non-Refundable:**
* Work already completed
* Subscription plans after they begin
* Government filing fees, third-party costs, or software expenses
**Cancellations**
Clients may cancel anytime, but refunds follow the policy above.
MeAs VA reserves the right to cancel a project if instructions are unclear or communication is inactive for more than **14 days**.
7. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
* Standard delivery time: **2–5 working days** for most tasks
* Revisions: **Up to 2** rounds per task unless specified
* Support: Email support within 24 hours
Urgent or same-day work may incur additional charges.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Client Ownership
You own the final deliverables created specifically for you, except internal tools/templates used in the process.
8.2 MeAs VA Ownership
We retain ownership of:
* internal tools
* templates
* processes
* methodologies
* training materials
We grant you a **non-exclusive, perpetual license** to use the deliverables for personal or business purposes.
9. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
We follow industry-standard confidentiality and data protection practices, including:
* Secure cloud storage
* Access-restricted environments
* Confidential handling of documents
* Data deletion on request after service completion
However:
* No online system is 100% secure
* We are not liable for cyberattacks targeting third-party tools

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & INTEGRATIONS
We rely on third-party tools such as:
* Gmail / Outlook
* Google Drive / Dropbox
* Slack / WhatsApp Business
* Zoom / Google Meet
* Project management apps (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.)
We are **not responsible** for:
* outages
* data loss
* downtime
* security breaches
* incorrect functioning of third-party systems

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
* MeAs VA’s liability is limited to the **amount paid** by the Client for the specific service.
* We are **not liable** for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
* We do **not guarantee** outcomes of government processes, approvals, registrations, or filings.
* We are **not responsible** for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Client.

12. GOVERNMENT / COMPLIANCE TASK DISCLAIMER
For GST filings, company registration, licenses, and other official processes:
* MeAs VA only assists with documentation
* Decision-making lies solely with the respective authorities
* Government delays, rejections, or penalties due to late or incorrect client data are **not our responsibility**

13. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
* The Client must pay for all work completed up to that date.
* MeAs VA will return or delete Client data upon request.
* Access provided by the Client (tools, logins) must be revoked immediately.
Obligations related to confidentiality, payment, and intellectual property survives termination.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of **India**.
Courts located in **Punjab, Chandigarh & Haryana** shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
