Refund Policy
At MeAs VA, we strive to provide high-quality virtual assistant services. If you're not satisfied, we're happy to provide a refund or adjustment.
Eligibility:
1. Refund requests must be made within 7-14 days of payment.
2. Refunds are considered for:
- Services not rendered
- Excessive payments
- Other valid reasons
2. Services must not have been fully utilized or completed.
Refund Process:
1. Clients can request a refund via email/phone/support ticket.
2. We'll review the request and verify eligibility.
3. Refunds will be processed within time frame, e.g., 5-7 business days.
Refund Scenarios:
1. Unsatisfactory work: If you're unhappy with our work, we'll work with you to resolve issues. If unresolved, a partial or full refund may be provided.
2. Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver services as agreed, a full refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation: If you cancel your service, refunds will be prorated based on usage.
4. Duplicate payments: If duplicate payments are made, a full refund will be provided for the excess amount.
Non-Refundable:
1. Completed services.
2. Services partially used.
3. Late cancellation fees (if applicable)
Approval
Refunds are subject to approval, and decisions are final.
Dispute Resolution:
1. Any disputes or concerns regarding refunds will be addressed through.
2. We'll work with you to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
